World-Class Sound Healing – Where Vibration Meets Transformation

A deeply restorative experience that uses sound and resonance to calm the nervous system, release tension, and guide you back into balance.

What Is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses vibration and frequency to support the body’s natural ability to restore and regulate itself.

Through instruments such as Tibetan bowls, drums, and tuning forks, sound moves through the body—helping to soften tension, quiet the mind, and bring the nervous system into a state of rest. It is both deeply physical and subtly energetic, working beyond words to create a sense of inner harmony.

This is not something you need to “do.”
It is something you allow yourself to receive.

My Approach:

My approach to sound healing is intuitive, somatic, and grounded in decades of experience. I work with sound as a felt experience—one that supports the body in releasing what it has been holding, without force or effort.

Each session is thoughtfully guided, blending instruments, silence, and presence to create a space where your system can settle naturally. I meet you where you are, allowing the experience to unfold in a way that feels safe, supportive, and deeply personal.

No two sessions are the same—each is shaped by the moment and the people in the room.

Why This Practice:

We live in a world of constant stimulation, where the nervous system rarely has a chance to fully rest.

Sound healing offers a return—a way to shift out of stress and into a state of repair.

As the body responds to vibration, internal rhythms begin to rebalance, breath slows, and the mind softens.

This practice supports:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Release of physical and emotional tension

  • Improved sleep and mental clarity

  • A deeper sense of calm and connection

It is a gentle yet powerful way to reset.

What To Expect:

There is no right or wrong way to experience it. Just rest, listen, and allow.

You will be guided into a comfortable, supported resting position using props.

From there, you simply lie down and receive.

As the session unfolds, sound fills the space—layered tones, rhythms, and vibrations that move through and around you. Many people experience deep relaxation, a sense of floating, or a quiet inward journey.

About Me

I have been teaching and guiding healing practices in Europe since 2002 and have held space in my Harrison Hot Springs studio since 2009.

My work integrates somatic awareness, breath, and sound to support the body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance. Over the years, I have come to trust that when the nervous system feels safe, transformation happens with greater ease.

My sound healing training began in Europe at the Peter Hess Institute of Sound Healing and has been further enriched through studies with Dr. John Beaulieu, Mitchell Gaynor, Silvia Nakkach, and Zacciah Blackburn, along with workshops and seminars at the Omega Institute. This path has also included the creation of two professionally produced full-length recordings in collaboration with Cheryl Redfern.

These teachings, combined with decades of hands-on experience, have shaped a grounded and intuitive approach to sound—one that honours both the science of vibration and the subtle intelligence of the body.

Sound healing remains one of the most profound ways I’ve found to create space for deep rest, release, and renewal.

I am here to guide, support, and hold a space where you can truly rest.

If this speaks to you,
there is a space here for you to begin.
