Step away from the noise and settle into an intimate evening of sound, vibration, and deep rest.
With a maximum of eight participants, this is much more than simply listening to a sound bath. I work personally with each person, using Tibetan singing bowls, therapeutic tuning forks, hand gongs, and other carefully selected instruments.
Simply lie back, get comfortable, and receive.
Sound and vibration become an invitation to slow down, soften and notice what is happening within — our Golden Thread of awareness.
