I’m Elizabeth, and for 20+ years, I’ve been guiding people through transformative healing practices. Today, I want to share how Somatic Breathwork, paired with a revolutionary multidimensional approach, can unlock not just your breath—but the trapped emotions and patterns that keep you stuck.

What is Breathwork? 

Breathwork is a conscious way of breathing that gives us direct access to our subconscious mind. From this state, we all have the ability to:

Release all the trapped and suppressed emotions and traumas that are living in our body and rewire our brain. Think meditation but 10x stronger. Quite simply, it's the ultimate hack to bring balance to the body, peace to mind, and unlock full potential.

Trauma isn’t always one big event. It can be a series of small moments—feeling unseen, unheard, or unsafe. These experiences leave imprints in our nervous system. Over time, they manifest as triggers, chronic stress, and emotional shutdowns. Now think about this: when you’re triggered, where do you feel it? A tight chest? A lump in your throat? That’s not just a coincidence. It’s your body trying to speak to you, and most of us have never learned how to listen. ​ Here’s how it works: Awareness: You begin by tuning into your natural breath and body sensations. Where are you holding tension? What emotions are bubbling up? Regulation: Through specific breathing patterns, you guide your nervous system from fight-or-flight into a state of safety. Integration: As the breath opens pathways, old emotions, memories, and trauma can surface. Instead of avoiding them, we lean in with compassion, allowing release and healing. ​ The Science Behind Somatic Healing Trauma lives in the body, not just the mind. When the brain experiences something overwhelming, it often can’t process the event fully. Instead, it stores fragments of the experience in the body. Somatic Breathwork taps into the vagal nerve, which is key to calming the nervous system and releasing stored trauma. Deep, rhythmic breathing signals to the body that it’s safe to let go, reducing cortisol levels and allowing the mind and body to reconnect. Studies show somatic practices can alleviate PTSD, reduce anxiety, and improve emotional resilience. When layered with sound and visualization, as in 9D Breathwork, the results are even more profound. "The Stories That Inspire" Let me tell you about James. James came to me after struggling with anger and panic attacks for years. He couldn’t pinpoint the triggers—he just felt a tightness in his chest that wouldn’t go away. During his first Somatic Breathwork session, memories of being teased as a child surfaced. He hadn’t realized how much shame he’d carried in his body. As he breathed, he cried—releasing years of self-judgment. After just a few weeks, James noticed his triggers felt less intense. He described it as “finally having room to breathe” in his own life. What to expect from a session

The sessions are perfect for all levels, from the ones who have never done any meditation/breathwork before to the ones who have been doing breathwork for years. I create an event that is everyone is welcome!

During the session I include a introduction (20-30 minutes) that teaches you the breathwork technique and talks about what you can expect during a journey (90-minutes). The introduction will prepare you for all you need to know.

After the introduction, you'll lay down in a comfortable position, put on special headphones and follow the instructions you hear through the headphones.

The total experience is around 2 hours and we recommend an hour of integration afterwards, so make sure not to plan any meetings or obligations for at least an hour after the journey. 

  • Avoid eating any heavy meals a minimum of 4 hours before the session. Light meal if needed is ok, think of it like preparing to go to the gym. You'll go much deeper into the session when your body is not using valuable energy to process foods

  • Plan on not needing to jump into any major tasks, calls or meetings or having to use your phone for at least one hour after the journey is complete. This will give you the time you need to integrate peacefully

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can breathe in, You'll be laying down throughout the practice so there will be no movement involved. Sports leggings are not recommended if they are too tight around your waist, make sure you're wearing something nice and flowy that you feel comfortable in and not restricted. 

To be ready for your online-Journey.

  • Yoga mat or soft mattress? Yes, your bed or a recliner chair is fine.

  • A pillow, eye cover if you wish to shut out environmental distractions, headphones (noise canceling is best of course), or earbuds, and a pillow because...… there will be a scream and you might want to muffle it!

  • a warm blanket,

No pets, or kiddies. husband or partner only if they behave and participate. LOL (fill in the waiver if so)
