The schedule for 2021 is as follows:

Monday 9 - 10 am

Yoga

Start your day with a balanced practice, methodically moving through all yogic principles of movement.  Be challenged each week as we discover a new awareness, new goals, and new freedom. for: Beginners and Intermediate 

 

Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30 pm 

Gentle movement & Yoga Nidra

A complementary range of motion practice to allow a deep and satisfying evening practice. designed for all read more here

Wednesday 9-10 am

Breath & Meditation (with a sprinkle of mindfulness)

Learn how to connect with your breath to restore wellness, partnered with a meditation practice you will achieve: less stress & depression, reduce emotional reactivity, Increased focus, more cognitive flexibility, Improved working memory. read more  designed for all

Thursday 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Yoga

Let's end our day with a balanced practice, methodically moving through all yogic principles of movement.  Adding deep and relaxing forward bending to prepare for sleep. Again each week we will challenge ourselves to discover a new awareness, new goals, and new freedom. for: Beginners and Intermediate
