During this extraordinary concerning time, I am bringing the community together to help support and encourage peace and strength.
For those who can pay then you know that during this incredibly strange time of COVID you are stepping up and supporting those less fortunate. The standard contribution for the 1 hr class is $10. You are welcome to pay in advance for multiple classes.

The schedule for 2021 is as follows:
Monday 9 - 10 am
Yoga - Start your day with a balanced practice, methodically moving through all yogic principles of movement. Be challenged each week as we discover a new awareness, new goals, and new freedom. for: Beginners and Intermediate
Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Gentle movement & Yoga Nidra - Yoga Nidra read more here and a complementary range of motion practice to allow a deep and satisfying evening practice. designed for all
Wednesday 9-10 am
Breath & Meditation (with a sprinkle of mindfulness) - Learn how to connect with your breath to restore wellness, partnered with a meditation practice you will achieve: less stress & depression, reduce emotional reactivity, Increased focus, more cognitive flexibility, Improved working memory. read more designed for all
Thursday 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Yoga - Let's end our day with a balanced practice, methodically moving through all yogic principles of movement. Adding deep and relaxing forward bending to prepare for sleep. Again each week we will challenge ourselves to discover a new awareness, new goals, and new freedom. for: Beginners and Intermediate

During this unique time of the Covid-19 “pause,” life as we know it has come to a halt and our world has been turned upside down. While staying at home for weeks on end is not without its challenges and the very real accompanying financial anxieties, there are also some benefits, including ample time for thought. Whether they are anxious, fearful thoughts, or lighter, happier thoughts, the pandemic is a thing that is happening–to all of us–and it’s bringing up a lot. While I’m still struggling to wrap my head around how we ended up here and what the future may look like, it’s also been one big teaching moment, and I’ve learned a lot.
