I hear so often “I am stiff, I have sore knees, back, shoulders…………” It goes on and on.
Luckily, I found yoga and have found that yoga can and does help to keep me mobile, flexible and most of all yoga keeps me balanced. Every day I use yoga in my life, on the mat and when making decisions on how I speak, what I say and what I think. I makes me a happier person, more stable and more aware.
I practice compassion and gratitude to everyone always. This keeps the Peace inside of me, making me a healthier person.
